Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimants were unfairly dismissed for making a protected disclosure pursuant to section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The existing case management orders are set aside; but, at least for now, the case remains listed for a hearing in June 2018, which is now to be a remedy hearing.[3]The claimants must by 12 April 2018 provide full details of the compensation or other remedy they are seeking, with a view, potentially, to the tribunal giving a full judgment in their favour under rule 21 without a hearing.
