[2]The respondent’s application for costs dated 15 May 2018 under Rule 76 (1) (a) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 is granted and the claimant is ordered to pay the respondent the sum of £1655.50 in respect of the respondent’s costs.
