[1]The claims are dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.REASONS
[1]The Hearing today was originally listed as a 2 day Full Hearing of the Claimants claims but was converted to a Preliminary Hearing as the case was not ready to proceed. The parties had not complied with the Case management directions dated 12 April 2024 and in particular, no documents had been submitted by the Claimant.[2]A number of documents had been submitted by the Respondent including a resignation letter and minutes of a meeting at which the Claimant resigned which were both signed by her. The Respondent also submitted payslips.[3]Following discussion with the Claimant, the Claimant withdrew her claims and repeated her withdrawal when invited to confirm her position by the Tribunal.[4]The claims were dismissed accordingly.
