[1]The claimant’s claim of damages for breach of a contract of employment succeeds.[2]By consent the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1611.13 damages.[3]By consent the claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £635.61. 4The respondent’s application for costs under Rule 76 (1) (a) Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 is granted.[5]The claimant is ordered to pay to the respondent £160 in respect of the respondent’s costs.
