[1]The claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal, breach of contract (notice pay) and unlawful deductions from wages (in respect of accrued but untaken holiday) are well founded and succeed.[2]The claimant is awarded the following sums:a. Basic award (unfair dismissal): £9,966.50;b. Compensatory award (unfair dismissal): £1,582.91 (loss of earnings £689.50 and pension loss £293.41 and £600 loss of statutory rights);c. Damages for breach of contract (notice pay): £4,421.43d. Unlawful deduction from wages (holiday pay): £94.67[3]Respondent 1 is ordered to pay to the claimant:a. £4,421.43 (gross) for breach of contractb. £11,549.41 for unfair dismissal (basic and compensatory awards)c. £94.67 for unlawful deductions from wages (in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay).
