JUDGMENT
[1]The 2nd respondent being an undischarged bankrupt, proceedings against him are stayed.[2]In relation to the 1st respondent:(1) the claimant was unfairly dismissed;(2) the claimant is awarded a basic award of £9,692.48 and a compensatory award of £1,327.12 to which the recoupment regulations do not apply.(3) The respondent breached the contract of the claimant and the claimant is awarded damages in the sum of £466.40 in relation to notice.(4) The claimant was subjected to disability related harassment and is awarded £10,000 together with interest thereon of £800 to represent injury to feelings.
