[1]By a letter dated 5 August 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because• the claimants have not complied with the Order of the Tribunal contained in the letter titled “1601504/2021 and Others – Current Position – Directions for Hearing”, specifically paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the section titled “Directions for Preliminary Hearing” sent to parties on 4 July 2022.• The claims are not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
