The Judgment of the tribunal is: The tribunal declares that the complaint that the respondent failed to comply with a requirement to consult under Section188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded, and makes a protective award in respect of each employee/claimant named in the attached schedule at its premises at ‘Grandstand’ Road, ‘Madley’ and ‘Morton on Lugg’ who were dismissed as redundant on or after 8 August 2017. The respondent is ordered to pay to each named claimant/employee remuneration for the protective period of 90 days beginning on 8 August 2017.
