JUDGMENT
Having made all practicable enquiries as to the reason for the claimant’s absence and having considered all the information available, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant’s above-numbered claim is dismissed in accordance with rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 because of her failure to attend the final hearing of her claim.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the respondent reserves the right to make a costs application should they deem it appropriate.
