JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £5,098.33. The said sum comprises the following:1.1 a gross sum of £1504.40 for failure to pay the claimant outstanding wages1.2 a gross sum of £386.64 for failure to pay the claimant for holidays1.3 £3,000.00 for injury to feelings1.4 £207.69 interest on the injury to feelings award.[2]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
