JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that upon the parties agreeing terms of settlement set out on the attached Appendix 1 and on the application of both parties:(1) By consent the claim is adjourned for implementation of the terms set out on Appendix 1 attached by 2nd March 2018.(2) Until 6th March 2017 the claimant has liberty to apply to restore the matter by writing to the tribunal if the conditions in Appendix 1 are not satisfied. Case Number 1304040/2017 2(3) Unless such application is made by the claimant by 6th March 2018 the claimant consents to all claims in these proceedings being treated as withdrawn and the proceedings are hereby dismissed with effect from 7th March 2018.
