JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that upon the parties reaching settlement recorded in an agreement between them:(1) The matter is adjourned until 10th July 2019 for the implementation of the terms of the agreement.(2) The parties are at liberty until 11th July 2019 to apply to the tribunal to restore the matter to a final hearing and(3) Unless such application is made on or before 11th July 2019, the claimant consents to the matter being treated as withdrawn and dismissed on 12th July 2019.
