Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the sum of £316.80 (£7.20 x 44 hours) and in the sum of £256.00 (£8.00 x 32 hours).[2]The respondent failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement in the sum of £448.00 (£8.00 x 56 hours).[3]On 2 August 2017 the respondent paid to the claimant the sum of £500.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £520.80 (£316.80 + £256.00 + £448.00 - £500).
