[1]The claimant’s application for a strike out of the response under rule 37(1)(b) of the Employment Tribunals Rules 2013 is dismissed.[2]The respondent’s application for a strike out of the claim under rule 37(1)(b),(c)&(e) of the Employment Tribunals Rules 2013 is dismissed.[3]The claimant is ordered to pay the respondent’s costs of the hearing held on 14-16 October 2024 under rule 71(1) of the Employment Tribunals of Procedure 2013.[4]The covert audio recordings disclosed by the claimant are admitted as evidence. These recordings are limited to her selection interview held on 17 February 2022 and the grievance meeting held on 13 January 2023.
