[1]By a letter dated 23rd June 2018, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations in relation to the Respondent’s application to strike out the Claimant’s claims because• the Claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 12th April 2018• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done.[3]The Hearing fixed for 7th January 2018 and 4th – 8th February 2018 will not take place.
