Case Number 1303902/2018[5]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract over failure to give notice or payment in lieu thereof is dismissed, as the respondent has paid the sum due.[6]I make no order over the claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to provide itemised payslips, as these had all been provided and there was no identifiable remedy to be made.[7]The total payable to the claimant by the respondent is £595.56.
