JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy, and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,445.00.[2]The Claimant was not provided with a statement of terms and conditions of employment by the Respondent and it is just and equitable to award the increase by 4 weeks’ pay in the sum of £1,397.76 pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.[3]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay, unlawful deduction from wages and holiday pay were not presented in time despite it being reasonably practicable to do so and are therefore dismissed.
