JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy, and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,024.00.

[2]The Claimant was not provided with an updated statement of terms and conditions of employment by the Respondent and it is just and equitable to award the increase by 4 weeks’ pay in the sum of £403.20 pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.

[3]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay, unlawful reduction from wages and holiday pay were not presented in time despite it being reasonably practicable to do so.
