Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response has been presented within the requisite time limit and on the basis of the available information before Employment Judge Lloyd;[1]The judgment of the tribunal is that: - a) The claimant has proven her claims of unauthorised deduction of wages by the respondent; and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1863.44. b) The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £241.15 c) The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a total sum of £2104.59 d) All further hearings in respect of liability and remedy are vacated.
