JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in relation to the period from January to April 2018 succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4,523.36. This is a gross amount, which the respondent must pay subject to any appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance.[2]The claimant’s claim for payment in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,244.97.
