By consent and upon the parties reaching an agreement, the Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:

[1]The hearing of the preliminary issues is adjourned generally to 26 June 2018 to enable the parties to put the terms of the above-mentioned agreement into effect.

[2]Unless either party applies for the preliminary issues to be restored to the list for hearing before 4pm on 3 July 2018, the claimant’s claims shall be dismissed in their entirety upon withdrawal by the claimant on 4 July 2018 without further order.
