The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £4125.00 by way of a statutory redundancy payment.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) is dismissed as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim under Rule 7 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994.
