(1) The respondent’s name is amended from Brownsover Hall Hotel to – as above – Winchester Hospitality Ltd trading as The Brownsover Hall Hotel(2) The respondent breached the claimant’s contract by failing to give reasonable notice of dismissal and the claimant is awarded, and the respondent must pay her, £340 in damages.(3) Reasons for the Judgment were given orally at the hearing. Written reasons will not be provided unless asked for by a written request presented by any party within 14 days of the sending of the written record of the decision.
