In the absence of a response from the respondent and his failure to attend or engage at all in the tribunal process, the claimant’s claims for unlawful deduction from wages (in the months leading up to February 2019) and for breach of contract (for early termination of his apprenticeship contract) succeed. He was also not provided with a statement of terms of employment.
