JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of his accrued and untaken holiday entitlement in accordance with the provisions of section 13 of the Working Time Regulations 1998. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £608.25.[2]The Claimant was paid in lieu of his one week’s entitlement to statutory notice. The Claimant complaint of wrongful dismissal is dismissed.[3]The Respondent failed to issue to the Claimant a Statement of Employment Particulars in breach of s 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. In accordance with s38 of the Employment Act 2002 the Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of four week’s pay in the gross sum of £2000.00.
