REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £150 following a preliminary hearing held on 21 August 2024 as follows. The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £50 as a condition of being permitted to continue to advance the claim of direct disability discrimination, a deposit of £50 as a condition of being permitted to continue to advance the claim of a failure to make reasonable adjustments and a deposit of £50 as a condition of being permitted to continue to advance the claim of discrimination arising from disability. The order was sent to the claimant on 29 August 2024. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The claim are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 18 – 20 November 2024 will not take place.
