[1]The claimant’s age discrimination claim is dismissed on withdrawal. This does not affect the remaining discrimination claims which are listed for a remedy hearing by CVP on 3 April 2024.[2]The respondent has failed to file a defence to these claims. I therefore conclude that the claimant’s claims for unpaid holiday entitlement of £640.00 and unpaid overtime of £450.00 are well-founded and order the respondent to pay her the total sum of £1090.00 net.
