I heard evidence from the Claimant and was referred to a bundle of 56 pages. The Claimant worked for the Respondent from 7/2/21 until she was dismissed for redundancy on 31/3/23. The Respondent failed to pay her the following sums due: Statutory Maternity Pay Balance January 2023 £476.20 Balance February 2023 £405.72 Wages February 2023 £339.20 March 2023 £1017.90 Pay in lieu of holidays £610.74 Redundancy payment £339.30 Total: £3189.06 1303698 2023 In addition the Claimant claimed £1258 due by her to a third party under a CCJ. This cannot be awarded to her against the Respondent in these proceedings. Mr J S Burns
