[1]The Respondent’s identified title is, Cross Green Farm Limited, as this is the title identified by the Claimant in the ACAS certificate and the ET1. For the avoidance of doubt the Companies house reference is 08895088.[2]The Claimant’s holiday pay claim is made out under the Working Time Regulations 1998, and I order the Respondent to pay the Claimant £368.57 (Gross) for untaken, accrued and carried over due to sickness, holiday pay for full year period 2020 and accrued and untaken holiday pay to the 15.07.2021 within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[3]The Claimant’s claim under Part 1, Section (1) of the Employment Right Act (failure to provide particulars of employment) is also made out and I order the Respondent to pay £300 (Gross) within 14 days of the date of this judgment.
