JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s application for an extension of time to present its’ response is refused pursuant to Rule 20 of the Employment Procedure Rules (2013) and accordingly the Respondent’s response is rejected pursuant to Rule 18.[2]The Respondent is permitted to take part in the proceedings to the extent that it can: attend at the hearing, cross examine the Claimant and advance oral submissions pursuant to Rule 21 (3). __________
