[1]The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claim for unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claim for breach of contract is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant. Oral reasons were given on 7 June 2019 and the parties were, and are, reminded of Rule 62(3), Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested in accordance with Rule 62 (3).
