JUDGMENT
[1]The following complaints made by the claimant are dismissed upon withdrawal :-1.1 against the second respondent on the basis that he acted improperly and illegally by placing the claimant under pressure to take a speeding ticket on his behalf and by making the claimant work without pay outside of his work hours1.2 against (both) respondents for age discrimination, for notice and holiday pay.1.3 any complaint based upon an assertion that he is a person with a disability save for a complaint that he suffers from stress and depression[3]The proceedings are dismissed upon withdrawal in accordance with rule 52.
