The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a compensatory award of £4,490.92 Discrimination arising from disability[3]The complaint of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability is well-founded and succeeds.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant compensation for injury to feelings of £11,000. 1303606/2023 NOTE: The total sum to be awarded to the Claimant is therefore £15,490.92.
