JUDGMENT
J U D G M E N T The Judgment of the Tribunal is that: Case Number 1303588/2018(i) Pursuant to the judgment of the Tribunal dated 22 February 2019 that the Claimant was automatically unfairly dismissed the Claimant is awarded the following sum in respect thereof: (a) compensatory award of £2690.50 for the period from termination to date of hearing and in respect of the future loss claimed for a further period of 13 weeks from date of judgment;(ii) The Claimant is awarded £250 for the loss of his statutory rights.(iii) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £2,940.50, subject always to the recoupment provisions as set out in the annex hereto. Oral reasons were given on 11 April 2019 and the parties were, and are, reminded of Rule 62(3), Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested in accordance with Rule 62 (3).
