JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1311.57.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant 13 days’ holiday pay and is ordered to pay the claimant £962.00.[3]The above sums are to be paid gross and the claimant is to be responsible for the payment of any income tax and National Insurance Contributions due on the said sums.[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of particulars of employment. Pursuant to S38 Employment Act 2002 the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant 4 weeks wages being a sum of £2,074.
