[1]The claimant was at all relevant times the employee of Walsall Wood Tyre & Service Limited.[2]TRP Performance Tuning Limited is dismissed as a respondent.[3]The claimant has proven her claim of breach of contract.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1,050.00 by way of compensation for breach of contract; equivalent to 3 weeks net earnings at £350.00 per week.[5]The claimant has withdrawn her claim for holiday pay; which I thus dismiss.
