JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the name of the respondent was changed to Willow Rose Care Home Limited.[2]The claimant is not entitled to bring a complaint of unfair dismissal because she was not employed for 2 years or more. Her complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore dismissed.[3]The race discrimination claim was not presented within the statutory period of 3 months from the last act complained of. It is not just and equitable to permit it to proceed given the date it was presented and it is dismissed.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, all the claimant’s claims in Case No.1303565/2022 are therefore dismissed.
