JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages for 5 weeks unpaid wages succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £939.60.[2]The claimant’s complaint of accrued holiday pay is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £281.88 for 1.5 weeks accrued but untaken.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and is entitled to damages of £375.84 in respect of two weeks notice pay.[4]The claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £563.76.[5]This sum(s) payable under paragraphs 1 & 2 above are the gross amount to be paid and the claimant is to be responsible for any income tax and National Insurance Contributions thereon.
