JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions from wages is well founded. The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £643.98p, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay is well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £226 for accrued holiday which had not been taken.[3]The respondent failed to give the claimant itemised pay statements as required by section 8 Employment Rights Act 1996 in the period 06/05/22 to 02/06/22.[4]The respondent shall pay the full amount ordered within 8 days.
