JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s unfair dismissal claim succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the sum of £14,959.48 (see attached annex).[2]The claimant’s claim of a breach of contract (failure to pay full notice pay) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages in the sum of £93.00 (net figure, see attached annex). Note: Summary reasons were given orally at the hearing. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant holiday pay in the sum of £308.36 (see attached annex).[4]The claimant’s claim for an unlawful deduction from wages in respect of wages for Februray 2025 fails and is dismissed.[5]The claimant’s claim of an unawlful deduction from wages in respect of unpaid training days is out of time in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented within time. Acoordingly, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim and it is dismissed.[6]The claim for reimbursement of the cost of obtaining copy training certificates fails and is dismissed.
