JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a redundancy payment of £2286.[2]The claimant’s claim of breach of contract (notice pay) is well founded and succeeds. The claimant is awarded the sum of £171.[3]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4376.25. This is made up of the sum of £2535 in respect of unpaid wages for May 2018 and £1841.25 unpaid wages for June 2018.[4]The claimant’s complaint for accrued holiday pay is also well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £702.[5]The sums at paragraph 2-4 above are to be paid gross and the claimant is to be responsible for the payment of any income tax and National Insurance Contributions thereon.
