Mr G Shaw v Secretary Of State For Justice: 1303461/2017

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1303461/2017
Mr G ShawClaimantSecretary Of State For JusticeRespondent
Employment Judge BensonDate 21 November 2018

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]Following letters dated 27 September 2018 and 10 October 2018; which went unanswered by the claimant; by a strike out warning letter dated 13 November 2018, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: The claimant was in breach of a tribunal order, and it had not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 26-30 November 2018 will not take place.
