Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £902.00[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s bonus to which he is entitled and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £5000[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £972.00[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £6874 in total.[5]The claim for unpaid pension contributions is not well-founded and is dismissed as the claimant has confirmed that no pension contributions were deducted from his wages.
