[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Real Clean Midlands Ltd. Claims against Mr Karl Douglas are dismissed.[2]The Claimants brought identical cases under case numbers 1303490 & 1303491/2022. At the Claimants’ request, these cases are withdrawn and the case proceeded under the case numbers 1303418 &1303419/2022.[3]The Claimants’’ complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of outstanding salary payments owed is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the First Claimant the gross sum of £615.13 The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Second Claimant the gross sum of £579.51.[4]The Claimants’ complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay is well-founded.
