Upon the Respondents failing to attend, and upon my clerk making enquires of the Respondents by telephone, the Respondents indicated they would not be attending and would not be defending the claim. I therefore heard evidence from the Claimant and decided as follows:[1]The correct Respondent is the 1st Respondent and the proceedings against the 2nd Respondent are dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is well founded and is upheld.[3]The Claimant is awarded a basic award of £5074.50 and a compensatory award of £10257.80.
