JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of arrears of pay and unpaid wages was presented out of time.[2]The Claimant has not shown that it was not reasonably practicable for him to present his claim within time, nor that it was presented within a reasonable period thereafter (subsections 23(2) and (4) Employment Rights Act 1996).[3]Accordingly the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim and it is struck out.
