Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £998.40[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £ 62.40.[3]The total net sum payable to the claimant by the respondent is £1060.80 .
