JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim that the 1st Respondent failed to take such steps as it was reasonable to take to provide an Auxiliary Aid, namely a height adjustable footrest between 26th April 2023 and 28th November 2024, contrary to s20(5) Equality Act 2010 is upheld.

[2]All of the Claimant’s other claims of a failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to s20-21 Equality Act 2010 are dismissed.

[3]The Claimant’s claim of victimisation, pursuant to s27 Equality Act 2010 is dismissed. Judgment delivered orally on 20th February 2026 Approved on 20th February 2026
