JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and was entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £1057.70.[2]When her employment came to an end, the claimant was entitled to compensation for accrued but untaken annual leave in the sum of £740.38.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £743.28: £1057.70 + £740.38 less £1000 already paid by the respondent and £54.80 paid by the Insolvency Service.[4]Reasons were given orally at the hearing.
