[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The Claimant was not subjected to detriments on the ground that she had made a protected disclosure.[3]The Respondent did not make unauthorised deductions from the wages of the Claimant.[4]The Respondent breached the contract of the Claimant by failing to give notice of dismissal.[5]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a statement of principal terms of employment.
